Property Options are the most powerful legal document in Real Estate today and allow you to control and earn massive profits from property.
For decades, experienced property investors, have known of them.
A Property Option is simply an agreement between the property owner and you. It gives you the right to buy the property (but only if you choose) for a certain amount within a certain timeframe, with just a small deposit and your risk at the start of the deal is limitedto only your deposit (generally $1,000).
